At Truffé Chocolaterie, we take pride in crafting premium chocolates with the utmost care. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a strict policy to ensure quality and freshness.

1. No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final. Once your order has been dispatched, we do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations.

Since our chocolates are handmade and perishable, we cannot resell or restock returned items.

2. Shipping Damage Claims
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or compromised due to shipping:

You must record a video of the entire unboxing process, starting from the sealed package.

The video must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

❌ No Video = No Claim

Without video proof, we cannot process any damage claims.

If Your Claim is Approved:
We will offer a replacement or store credit (at our discretion).

Refunds are not provided—only replacements for verified shipping damage.

3. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Double-check your shipping details at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

4. Product Storage Upon Arrival
To maintain freshness:
❄️ Refrigerate for 15 minutes immediately after delivery (especially in warm weather).
🌡️ After refrigeration, store in a cool, dry place (not the fridge) for optimal quality.
