Order Processing

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day

Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2-4 business days (available at checkout)

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances

Shipping Confirmation

  • You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships

  • Track your package using the courier's website

Shipping Areas

  • We currently deliver throughout India

  • For international inquiries, please contact us

Important Notes

  • Please verify your shipping address carefully

  • We cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses

  • Undeliverable packages will require reshipping at customer's expense

Upon Delivery

For optimal freshness:
❄️ Refrigerate for 15 minutes immediately after arrival
🌡️ Then store in a cool, dry place (not refrigerator)
